Stick Chics’ designs and sells custom hand painted clothing and accessories. We do not offer stock items. All of our clothing and accessories are hand painted, one by one, for each individual customer.

On a typical order, a you may choose your body style, size and color. Additional customization can be made to any design at an additional cost.

Payments

All consumer orders your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. Turnaround time on orders are 10-14 business days.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted; net terms available to qualified accounts. Sorry no COD’S.

Returns

Stick Chics stands behind the quality of our work. We will accept returns on defective merchandise only within the first 3 days after receiving your order for an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Please contact us to get an RMA# before shipping items back to us. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.

Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to 1 business day after placing your order. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
